▶ Important Notes
・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class is running before registering.
・After completing your order and payment, your purchase receipt serves as confirmation of your registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time. No separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not paid for will be considered incomplete registrations. Enrollment will close once the class is full, and unpaid orders will not be counted towards the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
- Refunds are processed according to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes," as announced by the Consumer Protection Committee of the Executive Yuan.
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between the 59th and 8th day before the class starts, 90% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between the 7th and 1st day before the class starts, 80% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
- Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling period, please opt for a refund.
- On the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted as materials and venue arrangements have already been prepared. No-shows will be considered forfeitures.
- To protect the rights of other participants, attendees who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered forfeitures.
- For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unpaid companions are not allowed to enter or participate together, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where a parent-child participation is approved. Please call the store in advance to inquire.
・If the number of participants for a session does not reach 6 people two days before the event starts, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the event and offer participants the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for recording and promotional purposes, which may be uploaded to xiabenhow's social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event, and special arrangements will be made.
