Measurement methods vary across different design shops, as do the number of embellishments, and how the item is worn (clasp, elastic cord, or with an extension chain). We kindly ask that you re-measure using the following method and provide us with your measured wrist circumference in centimeters, along with any desired ease in centimeters. __*For sizes not listed in the options, please contact the designer before placing your order.__ __**How to Measure Your Wrist: **__ 1. All measurements within this design shop are taken in a circular fashion. You can use a measuring tape to circle your wrist. If you don't have a measuring tape, you can substitute it with a strip of paper about 1.5cm wide. After circling your wrist, measure the length of the paper strip with a ruler. 2. Please do not use thread or string for measurement, as they are thinner and softer, which can lead to an inaccurate measurement that is smaller than your actual wrist size. 3. When measuring, start from the 0cm mark. Measure by gently placing the tape measure or paper strip flat against your wrist; do not pull it too tight or too loose. 4. Position the measuring tool flat against the back of your wrist bone (the prominent part) as a reference point to get your wrist circumference in centimeters. 5. Add your desired ease. Generally, an ease of 1-2 cm is recommended! Based on this method, 1 cm ease: A snug fit, but may be difficult to fasten yourself! 1.5 cm ease: A moderate fit, with about the width of a little finger inside the bracelet! 2 cm ease: A looser fit, it will move with your arm's motion! *We recommend a minimum ease of 1.5 cm for easier self-fastening. 6. You can gently move the measuring tool back and forth to check if it's too loose or too tight. The wristband should not slip off your wrist when your arm is hanging naturally. 7. We will create the piece based on the data you provide. The total length of the finished product is calculated from the opening of the clasp to the very end of the O-ring. __**Example: Based on the measurement method above, if your wrist circumference is 14.5 cm + you desire 1.5 cm ease = 16 cm, then you would select the custom size: Total length from clasp opening to the end of the O-ring: 16 cm. (And so on.)** __ **‧ Important Notes Before Ordering ‧** 1. All items are made-to-order based on the customer's provided measurements. Please read the measurement instructions carefully before ordering and double-check your selected size. There are no returns or exchanges for size discrepancies due to the custom nature of the products. 2. For urgent orders or gifts, please review the estimated production and shipping times before placing your order, or communicate with the designer beforehand. Please do not inform us after payment is made, to avoid delays in shipment. 3. Each natural stone will have unique variations in cut shape, size, pattern, color depth, and internal fractures. Please accept these natural variations before ordering! 4. For items with multiple embellishments, the arrangement may vary slightly depending on the custom size ordered. 5. Product images may differ slightly due to variations in lighting or screen resolution. Please accept these differences before ordering! 6. To prevent damage during transit, items are shipped with multiple layers of protective bubble wrap. If you are concerned about environmental impact, you can note "simple packaging" in your order. Even sterling silver items are advised to be removed before bathing and prolonged contact with chemicals to prevent excessive wear and irreversible damage. Normal oxidation will cause sterling silver products to turn black or dull. If exposed to chemical products, severe erosion may make it impossible to restore its original shiny silver appearance. Therefore, when not wearing the item, it should be sealed in a zip-lock bag. For items that have oxidized and turned black from prolonged wear, a silver polishing cloth can restore their shine. The degree of oxidation depends on the wearer's habits. With proper care, the jewelry will maintain its bright luster for a longer period. If you are accustomed to wearing jewelry constantly, bathing with it or exposing it to chemicals will accelerate the oxidation process.
