"Instructions for Purchasing Courses"
◆ Classrooms adopt a reservation system, and the number of small-class teaching is limited. Successful payment means successful registration. We will reserve your spot and make an appointment with the teacher for you. Except for school-age children (6-10 years old) who can be accompanied by one person in the first class of related courses, no accompanying person is allowed in other courses.
◆ Methods for rescheduling and cancellation of conversions
Full refund 7 days (inclusive) before the course starts
60% refund if canceled 3-6 days (inclusive) before the course starts
30% refund if canceled 2 days before class starts (inclusive)
No cancellations are allowed within 24 hours before class starts
*The refund amount is the amount after the handling fee of RMB 30
Rescheduling or transfer to another person is limited to one time (one additional time can be added for special reasons)
Cancellation is not possible after rescheduling or conversion
