The creation process is time-consuming, but it allows for careful consideration of the fabric's patterns. By selecting only a few warp or weft threads to secure the fabric and concealing stitches, the piece achieves a stable form without compromising its overall integrity. Both sides are presented flawlessly, avoiding the visible seams of machine stitching. Each item is adorned with a small, custom-made bronze tag, hand-finished and dyed by the designer to achieve a vintage effect. The star fabric is a deep hue that reflects a blue sheen only under strong light. ★ Design Concept This piece embodies traditional Japanese weaving artistry.
