When the temperature reaches its melting point, the brass surface would have a liquid look. This melted surface gives brass a luxurious gorgeous look. Aside from 925 silver post, the clip-on option is also available. Care and maintenance for brass jewelry All brass products from The Green Beetle are polished to prevent from tarnishing for most usage. However, exposure under water or oxygen (or contact with sweat, grease, lotion, etc.) still effects its shine. Here we provide four ways as reference: 1) Use a polishing cloth to rub your brass. 2) Use a toothbrush and gently brush some toothpaste on your brass, later, clean it with water and dry it after. 3) Mix some lemon juice with baking soda at 1:1 portion. Rub your brass with the mixture until it’s clean. In the end, rub it with a wet cloth and keep dry. 4) Dip a cloth with brass polish, then rub your brass with until it’s nice and shiny.
