Important Notes for Table Runners and Tea Mats Custom Orders:
1. The maximum width for custom table runners and tea mats is 120cm. There are generally no length restrictions, but lengths exceeding 500cm may require a longer preparation time.
2. There may be a slight error of approximately 0.1 to 0.2cm in width and around 3cm in length. (For every additional 200cm in length, an extra 3cm error may occur). Variations within this margin are not eligible for returns.
3. Production begins only after payment is completed for custom orders.
4. Table runners exceeding 42cm in width cannot be shipped via convenience store pick-up services.
5. Custom and made-to-order items are not covered by the "7-day hesitation period" under consumer protection laws. Please consider your purchase carefully before ordering.
