Due to the additional labor and communication costs incurred by customized services, including: customer service communication costs, material delivery and warehousing costs, sample production and modification, shooting confirmation samples, etc., fees will be charged according to the following different situations. **♦︎ Customized process:** 1. Contact customer service 2. Fill in the customized form and provide drawings/hand drawings 3. Pay "Design Manual Fee" 4. Arrange to make proofing 5. Take a photo to confirm the picture, send it via Pinkoi private message, and provide a quotation 6. Modify it once as required, and then send the confirmation map via Pinkoi private message and provide a quotation 7. Within 14 days after receiving the email, pay the "product fee" 8. Arrange to send after the product is finished ----- **♦︎ 1 Modified according to Pink Laboratory products, with clear instructions** (manual fee HKD58) - According to Pink Laboratory's product style, and provide hand-drawn/instruction map to specify the location for modification. Please order an existing product and pay an additional handling fee. - The fee includes: 1 time to make a sample and 1 chance to modify it. After each production is completed, a photo will be taken and an email will be sent to confirm. After each production is completed, a photo will be taken and an email will be sent to confirm. If you need to modify again after that, you will be charged HKD30 manual fee each time - Customization time: 3-14 working days - Product quotation: We will provide an approximate quotation according to the hand drawing and hand circumference size you provide. The final quotation will be subject to the completion of the product proofing, and we will make quotations according to the selected materials and crystal quality. You can also reference crystals of the same size and quality on the Pink Laboratory website. - After-sales policy: All customized manual fees will not be refunded regardless of whether the final order or return or exchange is made. - After the sample production is completed and the relevant confirmation photos are sent to the Pinkoi mailbox, if the customer does not order within 14 days, it will be regarded as giving up the customized order, the sample will be removed, and the manual fee will not be refunded.
