2. Measuring your ring size.
3. Crafting with sterling silver material, including sawing and filing.
4. Creating surface textures using various tools.
5. Soldering and shaping.
6. Polishing and finishing.

. Classes are by appointment only. Please indicate your desired date and time in the order notes. Our customer service will contact you to confirm your reservation.
. After payment, Pinkoi will send a confirmation email. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please present your booking confirmation email or order details on the day of your experience for entry.
. The materials provided for the handcrafting experience are for individual use and cannot be shared by two people.
. Cancellations made by the customer for personal reasons will incur a 30% service fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will contact you proactively to reschedule or issue a refund.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance. If there is a price difference after the change, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
. Cancellations after rescheduling will incur a 30% service fee.
