Jiaming Lake
Located in the upper reaches of the Xinwu River at an altitude of approximately 3,300 meters, Jiaming Lake is Taiwan's second-highest alpine lake. Its deep blue, gem-like waters have earned it the nickname "Tears of an Angel." For centuries, the Bunun people, who hunted and lived in these mountains, referred to it as the "Mirror of the Moon."
