Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear posts and hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal, which differs from the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in the market. Due to the absence of nickel in the material and plating, there should be no allergy issues. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing them, it might be due to: 1. Unclean personal hygiene habits (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells easily reacting to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear allergies, but the material of the ear post is definitely not the sole factor. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital at your own expense to clarify the cause and protect the rights of both parties. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue to the paper after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday situations (such as humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them for activities like bathing, swimming, or hot spring visits. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take to ship after I place an order? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays (No shipping as we are at market events) As we participate in market events and the post office does not deliver on weekends, all our items are shipped between Monday and Friday.
