* After registering, please add our official Line account: @ado_studio
Provide your Name / Registration Date / Class Time, and request a color chart for material preparation.
* To ensure teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class starts. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent unnecessary waiting.
(For participants aged 10-15, one parent must accompany and assist throughout the session. No additional fee for co-creation.)
* For the benefit of all students, latecomers will not receive individual explanations. Please be punctual. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in forfeiture of entry, and you will need to reschedule.
* Food and drinks are prohibited in the studio. Covered beverages are permitted, but please be mindful of spills.
* Classes may be photographed and videoed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform our staff on-site to avoid being captured. Your presence in photos and videos signifies your consent for Dottie Studio to use images and footage of you and your creations.
* Studio operates by appointment only. Bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. Rescheduling or transferring a booking is permitted once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Inclement weather, where government authorities declare a suspension of work or classes in the local area.
2. Unforeseen emergencies, such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: illness, traffic accidents (subject to discussion).
