1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email" from our system.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section upon checkout.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and available seating.
4. Due to material preparation, please book your experience at least 3 days in advance after payment.
5. ART64 provides a standard invoice receipt. If you require a company receipt with a tax ID number, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, the class will be rescheduled or refunded upon proactive contact.
