【Number of Participants】
1. Feel welcome to sign up individually; the class will proceed even if only one person registers for a session (maximum of four participants per session). Couples should book two spots.
2. Bookings can be made based on the available time slots. Each session is approximately 3.5 hours.

【Workshop Designs】
1. Options include cutting shapes, stamping letters, creating patterns, and openwork designs.
(Available silver sheet sizes are approximately: 1mm thick, 29mm x 23mm, or 1mm thick, 38mm x 18mm.
A sterling silver chain is included (basic fine chain, 18 inches for women, 20 inches for men).
# All the above workshops require no prior metalworking experience to complete a beautiful two-tone pendant.
# If you desire a different size, you can discuss it with the instructor on-site. Additional charges may apply if feasible.
# For design modifications, consult with the instructor on-site. Additional charges may apply if the changes are manageable for beginners.

【Techniques Covered】
Metal sawing and filing for shaping (simplified forms are used for beginners to ensure completion). Basic openwork, metal shaping, filing, polishing.
Practice stamping English letters and numbers. Exploring different hammer marks for texture. Patina application for copper and silver. Care and maintenance tips for copper and silver.

# Gift packaging includes a small paper bag, a silver polishing cloth, and a resealable bag, suitable for gifting or personal use.
【Directions】
1. For those in Tainan, you can arrive by scooter or car. Opposite the McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there is a small slope. Look for the "Zhuxi Village" sign at the entrance under a large tree. Continue straight for 60 meters, and you will see the "Poetry in Crafting" sign. (Avoid the riverside path in front; while the pink flowering maple is beautiful). For parking, there is a lot between COFFEE DUET and ORO Coffee.
2. For visitors from out of town, a taxi from the train station takes about 10 minutes. If using a city bus, take bus route #5 from the train station and alight at the Zhuxi Temple stop (right by the large tree). If you're arriving via the sightseeing bus (route #99) or the High-Speed Rail shuttle, it's a bit more of a walk. Alight at Yanping Junwang Shrine, walk along Kaishan Road towards Fulian Road and then Jiankang Road. Crossing Jiankang Road will lead you to the Zhuxi Village slope. You can do it!

【Important Notes】
1. After placing your order, please check your email for the Pinkoi confirmation of your workshop voucher, including item details and session time.
2. Participants must be 12 years of age or older.
3. Due to limited space, only ticket holders are permitted to participate for the comfort and safety of all attendees. Unregistered guests may not join the experience.
4. For craft workshops, one set of materials is for one person only; two people cannot share a single material kit.
5. If materials are accidentally damaged or mistakes are made due to personal error during the process, participants may purchase replacement materials on-site to continue (additional cost applies). We appreciate your understanding.
6. To reschedule, please cancel your original booking and make a new one. (Please do so at least 5 days in advance).
7. Participants must adhere to venue rules and instructor guidelines. Any damages caused by non-compliance will be the participant's responsibility.
8. Please arrive on time for the session. Late arrivals may impact your experience time. (No refunds will be issued on the day of the event as per regulations).
9. "Poetry in Crafting" may take photos during the workshop for use on our Facebook and Instagram pages for promotional purposes. These images may feature you and could be used for recruitment and publicity. You are welcome to download any photos featuring yourself. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the instructor on-site, and they will make accommodations.
【Refund Policy】
1. In case of force majeure events (e.g., typhoons causing class cancellations), "Poetry in Crafting" will proactively contact you to arrange a rescheduling or refund.
2. For cancellations due to personal reasons, a 30% handling fee will be charged. (If inconvenient, you are welcome to contact the metalworking instructor to reschedule, limited to one change).
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days prior to the event.
4. After placing your order, please confirm the items and payment details on your e-voucher. On-site services are limited to purchasing additional materials; refunds are not provided.
