The packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may exhibit variations in texture and color depending on the natural characteristics of the leather and seasonal changes (unlike synthetic leather, which has a uniform appearance). Wrinkles or color variations are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings; the actual product color is the final reference.
