2. Font styles are designed by our artisans, not standard computer fonts. Therefore, design drafts are not provided.
3. Upon completion, we will send you a photo for confirmation of the seal and engraving before shipping.
4. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is an error in the engraving.
