Handkerchief - It Was Originally A Book

Turmeric and Onion Dyed Fabric (5:1) On a special autumn day, this is how it was made. The process was incredibly enjoyable. The resulting colours were as unique as a painting. So, I stitched many fabric embellishments. A handkerchief was one of them. /// Sketched the design. The design's extension was in a script style. It also coincided with the completion of a small notebook. Thus, the theme became—It Was Originally A Book. Embroidered details close to the illustrations, also incorporating patchwork fabric for colour accents. This added layers and gradations of colour to the fabric, giving the handkerchief a rich imagination and a natural texture. Material: Double-layer gauze Size: 24/25cm (Naturally dyed; please hand wash when possible. A slight fade will occur, enhancing the natural texture.)
