The preserved flowers and hydrangeas used in our studio are imported from a Japanese brand, chosen for their consistent quality and excellent dyeing techniques, which contribute to their higher cost. While mainland Chinese roses may be cheaper, their quality is inferior. We are committed to crafting high-quality products with care. Additionally, most of our dried floral materials are sourced from the Japanese brand DAISY FARMART, known for its organic flowers. Only a small portion are from Italy, Ecuador, Spain, or Taiwan. *Care Instructions: Please avoid direct sunlight and humid environments. Using a dehumidifier or air conditioning is recommended for longer preservation. Do not water the flowers. If dust accumulates, gently brush it off with a watercolor brush or soft brush. The longevity of the arrangement depends on your care, typically lasting 1-3 years, or even longer. As time passes, the flowers will gradually fade, offering a unique, evolving beauty. 1. All products are photographed in kind. Due to differences in screen resolution and color settings, there may be slight variations between the actual product and the images displayed. 2. In support of environmental sustainability, we use clean, recycled cardboard boxes for shipping. To ensure safe delivery, protective measures will be taken. Occasionally, shipping may experience slight delays of 1-2 days due to logistics. We recommend planning ahead. As the products are inherently delicate, minor shedding of floral debris during transit is normal. If the item arrives significantly damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will promptly assist you. 3. Each purchase includes an exquisite gift box. Floral materials are subject to seasonal availability. If a particular flower is out of stock, our floral artist will substitute it with a similar or comparable flower, maintaining the original color palette and style. As these are natural materials, variations in growth direction and size are inherent. Furthermore, slight color variations may occur between batches of dyed flowers. Therefore, the final product may not be identical to the product photo. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned about exact replication. Thank you! 5. Custom orders are welcome. We can discuss your budget, desired size, purpose, color scheme, and pickup date. For custom orders, full payment is required before production begins. Once the color scheme is confirmed and production has started, no further changes can be made without incurring a material fee of NT$1000. Upon completion, we will send you photos for confirmation and allow for one minor adjustment (not a change in color scheme). Once you approve, the product will be shipped. 6.
