Thank you. 🙏🏻 ❖** ** 【 About the Flowers 】** • Much like individuals, no two natural flowers are alike. Variations in shape, posture, and size are to be expected. • Every item is carefully packed. Minor shedding of floral material during transit is normal. We appreciate your understanding. • We strive to represent colors accurately in our photos, but variations may occur due to screen displays or different import batches. The actual product color is final. If you are highly sensitive to color discrepancies, we recommend visiting a physical retail store. **【 About the Glass Dome 】** • The glass is handcrafted, which may naturally result in minor imperfections such as fine scratches under light, tiny air bubbles, or uneven edging. These are standard characteristics of the crafting process. **❖ Care Instructions ❖** • Preserved and dried flowers are sensitive to moisture and water. Please display in a dry, well-ventilated area. The ideal storage humidity is 50-65%. (High humidity may lead to mold, transparency, or color bleeding.) • Use a dehumidifier or air conditioning if the environment is humid. • Avoid direct sunlight, as it can cause the petals to become brittle or fade. • Depending on storage conditions, the flowers can remain in optimal condition for 1-2 years (flowers will naturally weather and fade over time). **❖ Customer Service ❖** Please record an unboxing video. If you have any concerns upon receiving your order, please reach out to us via direct message before leaving a negative review. Dream values every customer's experience and will do our best to assist you.
