If you need to change the time, please inform us three days in advance that you can change the time slot free of charge once. If the refund is due to the consumer's personal factors, the full amount will be refunded 7 days before, and a 30% handling fee will be charged within 7 days, and no refund will be made within 3 days.
If you are absent or late for more than half an hour on the day, no refund will be given
