No companions are allowed (children are allowed, please inform in the remarks column in advance)
If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, the designer will proactively contact us for an extension or refund. If you need to change the time, you can inform it three days in advance and you can change it once for free. If the refund is due to personal factors of the consumer, the full refund will be made 7 days in advance. A 30% handling fee will be charged within 7 days, and no refund will be given within 3 days.
No refund will be given if you are absent without excuse or late for more than half an hour on the day
