Slight unevenness at these joints is normal. # Gemstones: All gemstones are natural, meaning each possesses unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather inclusions, or cloudy patterns within gemstones are normal. # Pearls: All pearls are natural and unique, each with its own natural luster. While we select pearls for consistency, no two pearls will be exactly alike. | Return Policy | *All items (excluding custom orders) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, starting from the day after the item is signed for until the 7th day. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Returns cannot be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances: # Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period. # Item not returned in its original packaging box and shipping carton. # Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft paper boxes, earring backs, etc., that arrived with the product. # Signs of prolonged wear or soiling indicating use beyond normal trial fitting. # Items that have been altered, such as engraving or modification of size or chain length. # Promotional gifts not returned. # Damage caused by human factors upon return shipping. # Engraved items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. *As per court rulings, custom orders made according to consumer requests are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period, and therefore, custom orders cannot be returned. *Return shipping costs will be covered by HYGGE ADORN.
