・One ticket includes materials for one person, and only the ticket holder may participate. Due to limited space and to maintain teaching quality, companions are not permitted in the class.
・If fewer than 2 participants register for a session, it will not proceed individually. You will be notified to reschedule or receive a refund.
・As designers need to prepare materials in advance, tickets sold are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please transfer your ticket to another participant.
・If you wish to transfer your spot, please inform us of the name and contact information of the new participant.
・Entry begins 15 minutes before the class. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals.
・In case of cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
