- Classes are confirmed with just 1 participant, ensuring personalized instruction in small groups.
- Group sessions can accommodate up to 10 attendees.
- Parent-Child Class: "1 adult and 1 child aged 12 or under will create one item together." An additional fee of +$50 applies. Each additional accompanying adult will incur a further charge of +$50.

- Participants are kindly requested to arrive at the studio 10 minutes prior to the class commencement.
- Punctuality is appreciated. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes after the class begins will be considered a cancellation for any reason, with no option for class attendance, refunds, or alternative arrangements.
- In support of environmental sustainability, your finished creation will be provided in a paper box. Please bring your own reusable bag for transport.
- To reschedule your registered class, please submit a request within 72 hours of your initial booking. Requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled class start time cannot be accommodated.
