Because we weave using shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, there are inevitably "weaving flaws" that may initially appear as "frays." While these are unavoidable with the use of old machinery, we make continuous efforts through thorough factory inspections, careful avoidance during fabric cutting, and by using any found flaws in less conspicuous areas. However, due to the nature of the machinery, it is impossible to eliminate them entirely.
