Miyuki Kume, a Japanese photographer who has resided in Hong Kong since 1994, has traveled extensively across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and the Outlying Islands for many years. She has discovered a vast collection of everyday items manufactured in Hong Kong over half a century ago, culminating in the publication of her book, "Hong Kong Department Store." Each item in her collection holds forgotten or unheard-of Hong Kong stories from its local people.
This series of four postcard sets, each with a different theme and collaboratively produced with the local concept store Jiksap, features 24 classic daily-use items. They offer a way to cherish and share the beautiful stories of "Made in Hong Kong."
