Printmaking is a creative process distinct from painting. It involves carving a plate, preparing it, inking, and finally printing – a meticulous journey culminating in the delightful surprise of revealing the final artwork.

The process of carving, stroke by stroke, cut by cut, offers a therapeutic release of stress.

The "New Resin Plate" is a novel material that merges the qualities of rubber plates, woodcut blocks, and foam boards, boasting safety, lightness, and ease of carving. It's an ideal medium for those new to printmaking, enabling experimentation with various textures embossed on the plate, achieving sketch-like effects, and offering carving possibilities similar to traditional rubber plates. It allows students new to carving tools to safely explore the fun of printmaking.

Even children can easily create carved lines with a ballpoint pen, eliminating the need for carving tools. Parents can rest assured, allowing their children to create safely!

**【About MUKO ART studio】**
The name "MUKO" is derived from my surname "Ke" (柯), split into two characters. Coincidentally, the printmaking medium I use most often is woodblock. The pronunciation of "Ke" (柯) is also the same as the "carve" (刻) in printmaking. Therefore, I felt no other characters would be more fitting. :)
I hope this place, which carries my dreams, will also allow you to fall in love with printmaking, find a space for your creativity, and discover more printmaking and drawing techniques.

Assembly Recommendation Assessment Indicators are as follows:
(1) Ability to obtain participant information in advance: If information on participants' travel history to epidemic areas and contact history with confirmed cases can be obtained, and symptoms can be assessed and body temperature measured before entry, the risk is relatively low. Conversely, if such information cannot be obtained, the risk is relatively high.
(2) Ventilation and air exchange in the activity space: Outdoor activities carry lower risk; indoor spaces with good ventilation or operable windows have moderate risk; enclosed indoor spaces with poor ventilation carry the highest risk.
(3) Distance between participants: Maintaining at least 1 meter distance between participants during the activity poses a lower risk. Generally, the closer the distance, the higher the risk.
(4) Fixed or variable positions of participants during the activity: The former carries lower risk, the latter carries higher risk.
(5) Duration of the activity: In principle, the longer the duration, the higher the risk.
(6) Feasibility of hand hygiene and mask-wearing during the activity: Feasible implementation poses lower risk; inability to implement poses higher risk.
