Rinse with warm or cold water and use soft cleaning utensils; after cleaning, wipe away the remaining moisture and store it in a ventilated place to dry naturally. 2. If you are cutting greasy food or meat or seafood, you can clean it with baking soda or white vinegar, and then wipe it dry with a soft dry cloth. Maintenance method 1. For maintenance, you can use olive oil, walnut oil, linseed oil and other natural vegetable oils to wipe. Avoid using salad oil, soybean oil or peanut oil to wipe, because leaving it for a period of time will produce a smell of oil consumption. 2.
