Delivery method: Home delivery (this is a setting that cannot be changed by the system) 2. Course Registration: After registering for the course, please be sure to add Emily Q. Emily Q. LINE official account and send a message: Make an appointment for the class "class work number + date + name + phone number" to provide your lecturer's phone number for easy contact on the day of the course. *After registration and payment, if there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to postpone or refund the full amount (if after payment, if the event cannot be processed due to factors of the organizer, the paid fee will be refunded in full). 3. Course Description for the Day: This course is a fixed-time experience, so please be sure to arrive on time (in order to protect the rights of other students taking classes at the same time, those who are 20 minutes late on the day will be deemed to have forfeited the right). For the same-day course, since the hand-made teacher's materials and venue location have been prepared, no refunds or postponements will be accepted on the day of class. Those who fail to show up will be deemed to have waived their rights. 4. Rescheduling Rules: If you wish to reschedule after payment is completed, you must contact LINE customer service at least 10 days before the start date of the course. Each course can only be rescheduled once, and only rescheduling within 2 months of the original session can be accepted. You must actively inform the session. Failure to inform will be deemed as a waiver. 5. Cancellation/Refund Policy: *Students who apply to LINE customer service 10 days before the start date of the physical course (excluding the start date) can cancel for free and get a full refund. *If students apply for cancellation through LINE customer service 9 to 8 days before the start date of the physical course (excluding the start date), 50% of the full fee will be refunded. *The registration deadline is 7 days before the course (excluding the course start date). No refund will be given for cancellation of the course. *Refunds are made by credit card and the refund process takes about 10 to 14 working days. *It is recommended that the original applicant transfer the place if he/she is unable to come. After the transfer, please contact us with the name and phone number of the transferor to facilitate participation confirmation (if the transfer is not notified to the organizer, the transferor may not be accepted to experience the course). 6. Notes to students: Only ticket holders are allowed to participate. Those without tickets are not allowed to accompany the event or participate. As this course involves the use of hand tools (including sharp objects), it is a more difficult course and children under 12 years old will not be accepted to experience this course. 7. Design of the work: The course pictures are for reference only. Please refer to the DIY materials prepared on site. Everyone can create according to their own style, so the finished products will also be presented differently. 8. Course Notes: The experience activity will be filmed by the organizer as needed and uploaded to the social network after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and videos containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
