**Safety Guidelines for the Carbonization Experience**
The "wood carbonization" segment involves the use of flame, with professional instructor guidance throughout to ensure safety. For children under 12, the instructor will perform this step, allowing children to safely enjoy the creative process.

3. If you are unable to attend after successful registration, a refund is not possible due to custom material preparation. You are welcome to find someone to take your place.
4. Plant varieties will be adjusted or changed based on seasonal market availability.
5. To support environmental efforts, please bring your own reusable bag.
6. The event starts punctually. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late. Entry will be denied for arrivals exceeding 30 minutes, and no refunds will be issued.
7. Please adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages caused by non-compliance.
8. In case of personal error leading to incorrect material creation or damage during the process, you will need to purchase replacement materials to continue.
9. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund. For typhoons, the official work suspension standards of the event location will apply for class commencement and refunds, regardless of participant location.
10. The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes on the "TINY SHIHZI" social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
11. The organizer reserves the right to modify course content and activities.
