Sitting outside a quiet teahouse, sunlight gently streamed through the window as sakura petals danced in the breeze. The soft translucence of the dessert, the warmth of matcha, and the momentary beauty of cherry blossoms became the inspiration behind this creation. I wanted to preserve the bloom of sakura at its most beautiful moment— as if sealing a piece of spring inside a crystal-like sweet.
