Refunds & Returns // If you wish to cancel for a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged. Custom-made items are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. (We are unable to resell your ordered product.) If there are any defects, shortages, or discrepancies with your order, please contact us, and we will assist you. Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or personal aesthetic judgments. Custom Order Instructions // 1. Select the item you wish to customize, place your order, and complete payment. 2. After completing your order, please contact customer service. 3. Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo selection with you. 4. Once the photo is confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. For physical products, a draft will be provided for your review and confirmation within 1-3 days. 6. After your confirmation, printing and production will be arranged. Printing typically takes 30-35 business days, though some items may take longer as specified for each product. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of shipment once your printed product is packaged. Early arrival will result in earlier dispatch.
