【Friendly Reminders】
1. All venues, except for "Taichung - Urban Secret Garden" which features an outdoor rooftop BBQ, are indoor BBQ spaces and do not use traditional charcoal grills.
2. All venue rentals are by reservation only. Please do not place an order for a single person. Feel free to message us with any questions. Gather your friends and family and come have some fun!

KOOK LIVING provides a safe and comfortable space for your culinary enjoyment. We implement the following epidemic prevention measures:
1. All spaces are thoroughly disinfected daily, and hand sanitizer is provided for cleaning.
2. Venue rental is by reservation only, ensuring your private and exclusive space.
【Cancellation Policy】
Starting from the day before the event: Cancellations made seven days prior will receive a full refund. Cancellations within seven days will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
. For rescheduling, please contact our LINE customer service "@kookliving" at least three days before the event date.
. Due to the need for early ingredient preparation, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are not possible within three days prior to the event. We appreciate your understanding.
. In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, KOOK Living will proactively contact you to arrange for postponement or refund.
