KOOK LIVING provides a safe and clean cooking space. We implement the following epidemic prevention measures:
1. The space is thoroughly disinfected daily, and hand sanitizer is available for cleaning.
2. We operate on a private booking system, ensuring you have your own exclusive space.
**Cancellation Policy:**
Starting from the day before the event: Cancellations made seven days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within seven days will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
. To reschedule, please contact our LINE customer service "@kookliving" at least three days before the event date.
. Due to the need for early ingredient preparation, we regret that we cannot accept order cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds within three days prior to the event. We appreciate your understanding.
