It is matured with the pure water quality and weather of the Lanyang Plain. As the seasons change, you can find the flavor of the ham. Over time, we adjust the production process according to the solar terms.
Our raw ham has outstanding umami and frankincense flavors, rich yet elegant and charming. Because the flavored ham is matured together with spices, the meat is delicious but fresh.
It is recommended that ham products be stored "frozen". Take them out of the freezer and refrigerate them to defrost them, or place them in a sink and soak them in normal temperature water. You can bend the vacuum bag with your hands and it is ready to eat.
