Please read the following carefully before your purchase to minimize any after-sales issues. ❀ Natural Fruits/Flowers ▴ Each fruit/flower is a natural product; variations in shape and size are to be expected. ▴ The color of fruits/flowers may change over time or depending on the preservation environment, which is normal. ▴ Please store in a cool, dry place, away from water and direct sunlight. ❀ Natural Stones ▴ Natural stone patterns and internal fractures are unique to each stone. ▴ Avoid applying heavy pressure to crystals with internal fractures to prevent breakage. ▴ Avoid contact with chemicals; do not clean with alcohol. ❀ Gold-Plated/Clad Metals: ▴ Ear posts/clips are made of 304/316 stainless steel plated with 14K or 18K real gold. ▴ Pendant components are mostly made of brass plated with 18K gold. ▴ When not wearing, gently wipe the surface of the jewelry with a dry cloth and store each piece separately, isolated from air, to prevent oxidation and friction, thereby extending the jewelry's lifespan. ▴ Do not use silver polishing cloths, copper polish, or toothpaste, as these can scratch the gold plating. ❀ Brass ▴ For cleaning, you may use a silver polishing cloth or a small amount of copper polish or toothpaste (for brass wire components only). ❀ Earring Hole Care ▴ Before each wear, disinfect the ear posts/hooks/clips (parts that touch the earlobe) with alcohol. Clean them again immediately after removal.
