You will need to pay the difference on-site after selecting your desired blown glass style! Please chat with us to confirm your glass blowing experience time before ordering. You can then schedule your painting session for the same day of your experience ❤

▲ Classes are by appointment only. Please message us to confirm your class time before placing an order.
▲ Students may select their desired package and colors. Each package includes up to six colors. Additional colors are available for a fee (NT. 50 per additional color, and so on).
▲ The painting class duration is a maximum of 2 hours. Exceeding this time will incur a NT. 100 venue fee for every additional half-hour.
▲ Before the painting class begins, there will be a demonstration on how to use the glass painting paints and an explanation of the time required for the paints to set. Assistance will be provided throughout the process.
▲ Parent-child collaborations are welcome (ages 4 and up). As glass painting paints can be challenging to control, parents must provide assistance during parent-child classes.
▲ After painting, the pieces require one week to dry before firing. Collection will be available one week after the class concludes.
▲ Collection Methods: In-store pickup or delivery
1. In-store Pickup: Collect from the counter one week after the painting class.
2. Delivery within Taiwan: Delivery fees ranging from NT. 120 to NT. 300 will be charged based on the number of items.
3. International Express EMS: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the number of items. Please inquire with our staff.
▲ The studio reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and instructors.
▲ Please be mindful of your personal belongings and take your trash with you when leaving the studio.
▲ A cleaning deposit will be collected for on-site registrations and will be refunded upon confirmation by staff upon departure.
▲ If you choose the 'Glass Blowing Experience + Painting Class', the two sessions must be on separate days. Please ensure you have booked your glass blowing experience first.

Workshop Description
Notes
1. It is recommended to decide on your chosen glassware and design before you begin painting to avoid wasting materials.
2. During the painting process, if extensive modifications are needed due to personal reasons, resulting in excessive material waste, an additional material fee may be charged.
3. If a purchased item is accidentally broken by the participant during the painting process, the workshop is not responsible.
4. Please refrain from walking around or running during the class to avoid disturbing other participants.
5. Some color changes after firing are normal and expected.
6. In the event of damage to your artwork during firing due to force majeure, Kuns Crystal will provide compensation of equivalent value.
Cancellation Policy
* Cancellations made 7 days or more before the activity date (excluding the activity date) are eligible for a full refund.
* Cancellations made between 6 days and 4 days before the activity date (excluding the activity date) will incur a 50% handling fee.
* Cancellations made 3 days or less before the activity date, or on the activity date itself, are not eligible for a refund.
* If participation is terminated during the activity due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be provided.
* In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events, Kuns Crystal will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
* All times are based on the time the customer contacts us via the platform to request a cancellation.
* Handling fees for cancellations will be rounded to the nearest New Taiwan Dollar.
Modification Policy
* Dates can be changed once, up to 4 days before the activity date (excluding the activity date).
* Date changes are only applicable to activities of the same price and type, and can only be rescheduled to available dates shown on the calendar. Activities that have been rescheduled are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
* Date changes are not accepted within 3 days of the activity date, or on the activity date itself.
* To change the number of participants, please inquire with the workshop at least 4 days before the activity date.
* All times are based on the time the customer applies for an order modification through Kuns Crystal's contact platforms.
Kuns Crystal Glass Workshop reserves the final right of interpretation.
