You will need to confirm your desired blown glass style on-site and pay the difference! ▲Workshops are by reservation only. Please message us privately to confirm your class time before placing an order.
▲Participants may select their desired package and colors. Each package allows for up to six colors. Additional colors will incur an extra charge (NT.50 per additional color, and so on).
▲The maximum duration for a painting workshop is 2 hours. Exceeding this time will incur a venue fee of NT.100 per half hour.
▲Before the painting workshop begins, instructions on how to use the glass paints and an explanation of the time required for color setting will be provided, along with assistance.
▲Parent-child participation is welcome (ages 4 and up). As glass paints can be challenging to control, parents must provide close supervision during parent-child workshops.
▲After painting, the items need to air dry before firing, so they can be collected one week after the workshop.
▲Collection Methods: In-store pickup or delivery
1. In-store Pickup: Items can be collected at the store counter one week after the painting workshop.
2. Delivery within Taiwan: Shipping fees ranging from NT.120 to NT.300 will be charged based on the number of items.
3. International Express EMS: Shipping fees vary based on destination country and quantity; please inquire with store staff.
▲The studio reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and instructors.
▲Please be mindful of your personal belongings and take your trash with you upon departure.
▲A cleaning deposit will be collected at the time of on-site registration and will be refunded by staff after confirmation upon departure.
▲If you choose the "Glass Blowing Experience + Painting Package," you will need to attend two separate sessions. Please book your glass blowing experience first.

Workshop Description
Notes
1. It is recommended to find your desired material and composition before painting to avoid wasting paint.
2. During the painting process, if extensive modifications are required due to personal reasons, resulting in excessive paint wastage, an additional material fee will be charged.
3. If an item is accidentally broken by the participant during the painting process, the workshop will not be held responsible.
4. Please refrain from walking around or running during the class to avoid disturbing other participants.
5. Some color changes after firing are normal phenomena.
6. In the event of damage to the artwork during firing due to force majeure, the workshop will provide compensation of equivalent value.
Cancellation Policy
* Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the departure date (excluding the departure date) are eligible for a full refund.
* Cancellations notified between 6 days and 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date) will incur a 50% handling fee.
* Cancellations made 3 days or less before the departure date, including the departure date itself, are not accepted and will not be refunded.
* If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be provided.
* In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Kuns Crystal will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
* The aforementioned times are based on the time the customer contacts us through various platforms to express their intention to cancel.
* Handling fees for cancellations will be rounded to the nearest New Taiwan Dollar.
Rescheduling Policy
* Dates can be changed once up to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date).
* Rescheduling is limited to the same price category for the same activity package and only to available slots on the calendar. Rescheduled activities are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
* Changes are not accepted 3 days or less before the departure date, including the departure date itself.
* If you wish to change the number of participants, please inquire with the workshop at least 4 days before the departure date.
* The aforementioned times are based on the time the customer applies for order changes through Kuns Crystal's various contact platforms.
Kuns Crystal Glass Workshop reserves the right of final interpretation.
