If you receive a defective item, please keep the product intact and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect for assessment. The following are not considered defects: # Color Difference: The color of product photos may vary due to different browsing devices and settings. Please refer to the actual color of the item received. # Size: Measurements may have an error of 0.5-1 cm due to different measurement methods, which is considered normal. # Solder Points: Although items are handcrafted with precision, minor solder points may be present, such as at the junction of earring posts and earrings, or necklace connections. Slight unevenness from soldering is normal. # Gemstones: All items use natural gemstones, so each stone will have unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather inclusions, or cotton-like textures within gemstones are normal. # Pearls: All items use natural pearls, each a unique gem with its own natural luster. While efforts are made to select pearls with consistent characteristics, no two pearls will be exactly alike. | Return Policy | * All items (excluding custom orders) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, starting from the day after the item is signed for until the 7th day. Please inspect the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. Returns cannot be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances: # Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period. # The item is not returned in its original packaging box and carton. # Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoice, such as paper invoice, warranty card, envelope, packaging box, paper bag, kraft carton, earring backs, etc., that were delivered with the product. # Not a normal try-on; the item shows clear signs of prolonged wear and soiling. # The item has been altered, such as by engraving or adjusting the size or chain length. # Promotional gifts have not been returned. # The item is damaged due to human factors upon return. # Engraved items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. * As per court rulings, custom orders made according to the consumer's request are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period, and therefore, custom orders cannot be returned. * Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE AODRN. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount exceeds the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged. * Only one free return shipping service is provided per order. If you need to return additional items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
