1. Upon order placement, an "E-ticket Notification Email" will be sent by the system.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your selection.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the workshop location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and seat availability.
4. Due to the preparation of materials after order payment, please book your session at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a corporate invoice with a Tax ID number, please provide the company name and Tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
