In picture book style, you may request to add one small animal, or decorations like plants or objects. Feel free to message for details and discussion. Special Requests If you have a preferred color scheme, outfit, hairstyle, or any specific idea, please let us know in advance. If not specified, the illustrator will choose freely based on their artistic judgment. What You Need to Provide Please send at least 3 clear reference photos (front-facing, upper body preferred). If you need a profile (side view), please inform us beforehand. If the photos are unclear, we may ask for more for better accuracy. Usage Terms ✔️ Unlimited time and location usage ❌ For personal and non-commercial use only ❌ Commercial use, reproduction, or resale is not allowed What You Will Receive: You will receive a digital square image file only (2000 x 2000 px), not a physical product. The file will be in RGB color mode for screen viewing. I can also provide a PDF version: A4 size, with your portrait centered and a white margin around it. You may print it yourself. (The size of the illustration is around 16 x 16 cm to 18x18 cm. ) A Friendly Note Before You Order: Feel free to message me first if you’d like to confirm your ideas or discuss any details before placing an order. If no reference photos are provided after the order is placed, or if I’m unable to reach you for a long time, I may cancel the order. After I accept your order, I’ll start working on a sketch (black-and-white line art). You’ll receive one preview of the sketch to review. Small adjustments are welcome, but major changes to the composition will not be accepted at this stage. Once the sketching begins, the order can no longer be canceled. After you approve the sketch, I’ll proceed to coloring and then deliver the finished work. Please respond to the sketch confirmation in time to ensure that you receive your portrait on schedule. When placing your order, please remember to include your email address in the notes so I can deliver the final file smoothly.
