Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique lines and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These marks are not defects. During processing, transportation, and production, minor dents and scratches are inevitable and will be considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid them, except for large scars. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot compare to the perfection of machine-made items, but it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratch marks, darken, and gain a sheen, gradually revealing a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather product uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, different batches of incoming materials and varying storage times can result in color discrepancies. Even within the same piece of leather, different areas may absorb color differently due to variations in grain. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is a **"Custom Order."** Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," in the order notes. If no notes are provided, you agree to allow the designer to choose the "stitching color" and for the "embossed text" area to be left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
