【Workshop(s)】Chuan Chuan Handmade | September Vibrant Beaded Brooch Workshop (Beginner Handcraft Course)

Notes: ・This order is for a handcraft workshop. ・If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule after payment, please contact us "3 days in advance" to arrange a new time. ・Rescheduling is limited to sessions "within 2 months." If no suitable time is available, a refund can be requested. ・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (name and account number). Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. ・As instructors prepare materials and space in advance, "no refunds or rescheduling" are permitted on the "day of the class." Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture of the course fee. ・In case of force majeure (e.g., typhoons, heavy rain) or official closures announced by the authorities, we will proactively notify all participants to arrange for rescheduling, class transfer, or a full refund. ・To ensure the rights of other participants, those who arrive "15 minutes past the scheduled start time" will be considered absent, forfeiting their course fee and rescheduling options. ・To respect other participants' time, please be punctual for your class. ・A pre-class notification will be sent 2-3 days prior. Please ensure your email and contact information are accurate to avoid missing it. If you do not receive the notice, it may be due to spam filters; please come directly to the class as we will not provide additional phone notifications. ・Only ticket holders may attend the class. Companions without tickets are not permitted to enter or participate to ensure the rights of enrolled participants. ・If the minimum enrollment of 6 participants is not met three days before the scheduled class, Chuan Chuan Handmade Accessories reserves the right to cancel the session. Participants will be notified to reschedule or receive a full refund. ・To ensure a smooth course flow, please refrain from eating during the workshop. ・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. ・The organizer may conduct photography and videography during the class for documentation and upload to Chuan Chuan Handmade Accessories' social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event recaps or promotional purposes for future recruitment. ・If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us during the class, and we will take special care to accommodate your request.
