(Subsequent product purchases will only incur the add-on price; the setup fee for the same pattern will not be charged again)

✨ Quote & Customization Details ✨
- The price above is for one pet portrait.
- Additional pets: Approx. 8cm at +HKD 520 per pet | Approx. 15cm at +HKD 660 per pet
- Text is free (unlimited characters, any language or numbers)
- Production time: 20 days (including Saturdays and Sundays)
- For urgent orders, please inform us as early as possible to check availability. Rush orders require extra overtime work. A rush fee of HKD 200 will apply if accommodated.
✨ Customization Process ✨
1️⃣ Provide your favorite front-facing photo of your pet. If specific details need reference, please provide additional photos.
2️⃣ Select the frame type and color, as well as the canvas color.
3️⃣ Provide the text content.
4️⃣ Confirm the delivery date with me. Please mention if you require urgent processing at this stage.
5️⃣ I will begin designing the computer embroidery pattern and send it to you for confirmation upon completion.
6️⃣ Color matching and production will commence.
📍 Important Notes 📍
- After the embroidery file is finalized, only two minor revisions are allowed. No further modifications will be made after content confirmation.
- Embroidery thread colors will be based on actual colors; I will use the closest matching shades for production.
- If you wish to see the actual colors of the embroidery threads beforehand, please let me know.
