Indigo will guide participants using the centuries-old method of "Spiritual Conversation," enhanced by the olfactory guidance of aromatherapy, to create a safe, sacred space. This workshop will be guided by two key principles: Sacred Listening and Inner Movements These two keys will serve as the compass for our journey. The rest will unfold naturally as you enter the space, inhale the scents, and begin to speak and to be silent. ⊛ Journey Map: A Multi-dimensional Narrative of Life's Scents In this workshop, we will engage in four rounds of deep, multi-dimensional storytelling, guided by essential oils. Step 1. Warm-up and Connection: Establishing a safe space to see each other's light. Step 2. Setting the Framework: Learning to "discern" inner movements and mastering the keys to spiritual conversation. Step 3. Round One: Reflection: Revisiting the scenes of 2025 life with reflection oils. Step 4. Round Two: Suggestion: How we can cherish and arrange the gifts life offers. Step 5. Round Three: Outlook: Igniting imagination for the future with outlook oils. Step 6. The fee does not include essential oils to take home. Q. Can I participate even if I have no prior aromatherapy knowledge? A. Absolutely. This is not a course on blending oils, but rather a session using scents as a medium for self-discovery. As St. Ignatius said, "What satisfies the soul is not extensive knowledge, but the inner savoring and feeling of things." Q. Why is the price the same regardless of the number of participants? A.
