West Asian Black and White Line Bead Bracelet | A Thousand-Year Symbol of Opposing Forces ⚫⚪
Excavated ancient beads from the West Asian region (Myanmar, Pakistan, Afghanistan).
Interspersed with black and white, the design is simple yet symbolic.
Belonging to the ancient Indian line bead tradition,
this dual-color configuration is interpreted in Zoroastrian culture as a representation of the opposition between good and evil.
The surface of the beads is covered in a leather-like texture.
The white portions show significant erosion, bearing the marks of weathering from being buried.
The black portions retain a slight sheen, creating a stark contrast with the white.
Interspersed are 5 Dvaravati Tantric Beads from Myanmar, dating back to the 18th-19th centuries.
Cast in a bronze-gold alloy, they possess a substantial weight that complements the character of the main beads.
Inner circumference approximately 16cm.
Suitable for men.
