A single goose yields only about 50 to 70 milliliters of goose fat, making it exceptionally rare. Its high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids (linoleic acid, Omega-3, Omega-6, Omega-9) and an oleic acid content of up to 53.5% are remarkably close to olive oil, earning it the reputation of "extra virgin olive oil of the animal kingdom" and the top-ranked healthy oil recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). Goose fat is rich in Vitamin E, providing moisturizing, antioxidant, and anti-aging benefits, improving skin dryness for a softer, more refined texture.
