[shima syrup] Strawberry Syrup with crashed strawberry 4-bottle set♪
We are particular about raw materials and bring out the original aroma and flavor of the ingredients.
Hyogo Prefecture's original cultivar "Ama Queen" was selected and bred from the pollen of Tochiotome Nisaga Honoka.
A rare and valuable strawberry grown at Shinoda Strawberry Farm in Nishiwaki City. Due to the difficulty of cultivation, the production areas and producers are limited.
"Ama Queen" has a sugar content of about 15% and is characterized by its sweetness and aroma. It combines the fruit color and luster of Tochiotome with the sweetness of a faint sourness.
The whole "Ama Queen" pulp is used luxuriously. In addition, by concentrating the strawberries at a low temperature using a special manufacturing method, we have created a syrup that is natural yet has a good color and a strong strawberry flavor.
You can enjoy sweet and sour strawberry juice just by pouring it into a glass with soda and mixing. Combined with wine or other liquor, you can experience a full-fledged drink like a bar at home.
