|Benefits of Choosing Plants for Team Building|
From a horticultural therapy perspective, engaging in plant-related activities stimulates sensory perception—observation, touch, smell, and even taste. Participants learn about the diverse characteristics of plants, their growth needs, and professional care techniques. This immersion in nature helps to heal emotions, cultivate interests, strengthen team bonds, inspire creativity, bring greenery into the workplace, relieve stress, and boost organizational vitality.
