*If you have any questions about the experience, please send a private message for confirmation first.
*After payment is completed, you can send a private message to adjust the date or transfer the spot at least one week before the shooting date. Please be sure to inform the transferor of the contact information in advance.
*If you apply for a refund through the order system, 30% of the ticket price will be charged for all expenses incurred.
*The event is by reservation only, and no refunds will be given for temporary cancellations on the day.
*Pinyou should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of on-site personnel. If there is any violation and any damage is caused, Pinyou shall be responsible for it.
*If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, the studio will proactively contact us for an extension or refund.
*If participation in the event is terminated due to factors that are not responsible or caused by the studio, no refund will be given.
