The Padma Practitioner from Malaysia is the director of Ngong Ping Hop Tak Hall. He is a chef who loves cooking and hopes to connect with food and promote vegetarianism. He uses water and firewood from the mountains to slowly cook authentic vegetarian sauces, and concocts perilla tofu sauce and XO vegetarian sauce.
We are connected with food and promote vegetarian food, but urban people are too busy. Using vegetarian sauce to cook pasta, simple stir-fry or fried rice can add delicious flavor, save time and is very convenient.
