Q1: How to store the rich cheesecake and its texture after thawing? The crust may lose crispness over time, and the cake might become slightly dry. ⛧ The cake will be "frozen for delivery" to maintain temperature and prevent damage during transit. 🍦 Recommended Enjoyment Method 🍦 Store frozen. About 0.5-1 hour before cutting, allow the cake to thaw at room temperature. It will have a slightly frozen, sorbet-like, or smooth ice cream texture, which children tend to love! 💕 The thawing time may vary depending on your refrigerator's temperature, so adjust accordingly until the cake is sliceable. If your refrigerator is very cold, you might want to wait a bit longer for it to soften slightly while taking photos! When thawing at room temperature, condensation on the cake's surface is normal.
