The main motif is a large flower, with four crescent moon shapes representing its stamen. Between these large flowers are smaller, eight-petaled, rhombus-shaped blossoms. These overlapping petals cleverly form two intersecting squares, greatly enhancing the visual richness of the pattern. The background features a weave of horizontal and vertical lines that interact with the main floral motif, creating a classic vintage embossed design. Begonia glass is the most widely recognized type of retro embossed glass, produced concurrently with crossflower and flat bar glass. Of the three, begonia glass had the highest production volume.
