・If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule after payment, please contact us at least "3 days in advance" to arrange a new course time.
・Rescheduling is limited to courses within "2 months." If you cannot find a suitable time, please opt for a refund.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account name and number for remittance.
・As instructors prepare materials and venues in advance, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted on the "day of the class." Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
・In case of force majeure (typhoons, heavy rain, etc.) or official work/school closures announced by the command center, we will proactively notify all affected students regarding rescheduling, class transfer, or full refund arrangements.
・To respect the rights of other participants, arriving "15 minutes past the scheduled start time" will be considered forfeiture, with no refund or rescheduling options.
・To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, please arrive on time for your class.
・A pre-class notification will be sent 2-3 days before the course. Please ensure your email and contact information are accurate to avoid missing the notice. If you do not receive the notification, it may be due to system filtering; you may proceed to the venue directly as we will not provide additional phone notifications.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate in the class; accompanying guests without tickets are not allowed to ensure the rights of other participants.
・If the minimum enrollment of 6 participants is not met three days prior to the class, Chuan Chuan Handmade Jewelry reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify students to change their session or receive a full refund.
・To ensure the class flows smoothly, please refrain from eating during the workshop.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・During the course, the organizer may conduct photography and candid shots as needed, which will be uploaded to Chuan Chuan Handmade Jewelry's social media after the class. The organizer may use photos and videos containing your likeness for event documentation or other promotional purposes.
・If you do not wish to be photographed or candidly shot, please inform us during the class, and we will take special care.
